Job Description
The Director of Sales role will report to the President and must have:
- Proven track record in automotive sales, with a proven network and track record in at least one of Ford or Chrysler (mandatory)
- Hands on role (no direct reports in this role), with ability to manage the sales process from concept to completion (support from Estimating, Program Management, and other internal resources)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- 5-10 years sales experience
- Degree preferred but not required
- Professional demeanor
