Successful candidates will have three (3) to five (5) years experience in the assembly and/or servicing of heavy equipment. Your background is probably that of an automotive or truck mechanic, machine fitter, machine or mechanical maintenance, etc. Experience in hydraulics and 12 volt electrical systems an asset. Able to interpret blueprints and other production documentation.
Assembler/Welder has a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package (following successful completion of the probationary period). The starting wage for this position is $19.95 for the first five-hundred and four (504) hour probationary period; then $20.92; at nine (9) months $21.90, and at one (1) year $23.66.

Following the probationary period there are the following Company paid benefits, Group Life Insurance; Sickness and Accident; a Drug Plan; Dental Plan; Vision Care, etc. The specifics of these coverages are determined and governed solely by the plans and/or policies. We work four ten hour days, Monday to Thursday, with occasional overtime required on Friday.
