Job Description

we are currently recruiting for an Technical Support Representative on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have superior problem solving and communication skills and a proven track record performing under high-pressured customer service environments.

Job Duties:
  • Respond to all customer inquiries over the phone and via email
  • Level 1 and 2 requests for technical support
  • Troubleshooting and determining priority of customer issues
  • Answer and coordinate all tickets
  • Manage services for clients
  • Arrange for technicians to customer resolve issues on site
  • Manage customer relations; follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services received
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 year College Diploma – IT related
  • 1-2 years of experience within a customer service or technical support related environment
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to document processes and accept feedback
  • Strong ability to work within a team environment
Hours
  • Full time; Monday to Friday daytime hours
Compensation dependent upon experience.
