MAINTENANCE MILLWRIGHT/TECHNICIAN
Arkal Automotive is a Plastics Injection Molding company located in the London area. We are a successful Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier within the automotive market. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic Maintenance Millwright to join our team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Mold change, set-up and production start-up
- Assembles, disassembles, installs, repairs, fabricates and maintains machinery, equipment and spare parts
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems and corrects as required in accordance to technical manuals/schematics/blueprints
- Trouble shooting manufacturing issues
- Work in a team environment to assist in problem resolution
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Quality control checks
- Communicate effectively through all levels of the organization
- Required to perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in plastic injection molding a definite asset
Millwright certification or apprenticeship - Electrical background/knowledge an asset
- Understanding of TS requirements
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques
- Knowledge of Engel and Demag presses
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC controls an asset
- Valid passport required
