SHIFT SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEAD
(Requiring a Licensed Master 310T Mechanic/Technician)
Full Time, SARNIA Ontario Facility
Weekdays - 40 Hour work week.

We require a talented diligent Shift Supervisor (310T licensed master Mechanic/Technician) with 8+ years progressive field experience, and ideally two (2)+ years as a shift supervisor/team lead.   

Our ideal candidate is a licensed Truck and Coach Mechanic / Technician with strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), judgement and leadership skills.  You will be leading a team of apprentices and technicians to share information, to oversee, to assist, and to offer them mentorship and technical support where necessary.

Your role will involve operational and administrative day-to-day activities as well as key front line support for client requests, and will include the necessary problem solving and directing towards sound resolution and effective recording/tracking.  Your role will also include accurate quality and inventory control reviews, warranty management, and all the necessary follow-through for those achievements. Finally, you will collaborate effectively with the Sales and Parts’ departments as well as being the key go to (the right hand) to the Technical Services Director.
