SECONDARY SCHOOL ASSISTANT (1.0 FTE, 10 month)

LOCATION:                           H.B. Beal Secondary School

HOURS OF WORK:              8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

RATE OF PAY:                     $18.18 - $21.80

DUTIES TO COMMENCE:   2017 August 31

JOB SUMMARY: The Secondary School Assistant completes tasks related to student attendance under the “Attendance/Safe Arrivals” policy, performs reception duties, and assists with clerical and data management tasks. Duties will vary according to school size and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with business and keyboarding (50 w.p.m.) skills. The ability to use Word and Excel is also required. Selected candidates must successfully complete a practical skills assessment.
