Job Description
Our client, a well-positioned high precision engine components service provider, is looking to add an Engineering Manager to their team. This is a permanent position with an attractive annual salary.

The successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Provide production support to manufacturing in the areas of Tooling, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering
- Actively initiate and direct Cost Reduction programs and Continuous improvement programs in all areas of responsibility.
- Assist customers in design, optimization and FEA analysis.
- Work with customer engineers supporting and encouraging early involvement. Participate in the CPPD Meetings and customer meetings.
- Supervise Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, industrial engineering, maintenance and tool and cutter grinding personnel.
- Initiate plan and control projects to achieve in terms of timing and costs.
- Maintain ISO TS 16949 systems related to the engineering department
- Strong knowledge of CNC Machining
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Pro E software
- PEng is a must
Ideal candidates will possess:
- An Engineering degree or diploma
- At least 3 years previous experience
