Teppen Corporation - Strathroy: Seeking a Project Leader

Teppen Corporation provides our customer a variety of services which include but are not limited to, sorting/containment, placement of temporary personnel, and management of permanent recruitment. 

Wage:  $18-20 / hour 
Employment Status: Full Time 

Role - Project Coordinator – Direct supervisor of Quality Inspectors and Production Associates for Teppen’s Strathroy operation. Reporting directly to the Project Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Customer liaison for scheduling fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
• Project Instruction development
• Orientation training and facility tours
• Conducts the training and continued development of team employees.
• Responsible for enforcement of company rules, and procedures.
• Development of sorting processes, and manages the ongoing sort in accordance with customer requirements
• Supervise sorting operations
• Maintain Teppen’s ISO 9001 policies and procedures
• Site auditing

Skills and Abilities of a Successful Candidate:

• Organized 
• Effective at time management
• A good problem solver
• Great oral and written skills
• Self motivated and able to work independently

Previous experience in a supervisory, management or team leader role is an asset. Education completed past the mandatory completion of High School is also an asset.
