Technical Data Management

Our Major Defense client in London Ontario is looking for a Technical Data Management associate to join their team on a 12 month contract.

This role pays between $24-27/hr.

Required Qualifications
• University Degree or College Diploma
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle PLM and Teamcenter PLM applications.
• Ability to interpret Engineering, Manufacturing and CM documentation (Drawings, Change Requests & Change Notices)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills
• Goal oriented and able to work under time sensitive/demanding conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
• Configuration Management/Change Management experience
• Experience in an Enterprise/Manufacturing Resource planning environment (ERP/MRP)

Job Responsibilities
• Review and execute Engineering, Production and IR&D TDP release (Models & Drawings) in accordance with ED&T Integrate Process System (IPS). ISO and CM process and procedural requirements
• Review and execute Special Tools & Test Equipment and Sustainment Services TDP release (Models & Drawings) In accordance with ISO and CM process and procedural requirements
• Support execution of GDLS-SHC change management process (drawing release) using Teamcenter Canada and Teamcenter US
• Prepare and submit TDP CDRLs (Data Marking: DFARs, Intellectual Property and export control) ensuring accuracy, quality and delivery meets contractual requirements
• Support management and execution of customer TDP document repositories.
• Review and execute supportability change management process (Change Requests (CRs) Change Notices (CNs) and Supplier Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs))
• Manage and communicate CM TDP release notifications to and
• Provide back-up support for the RRITS (Rework/Retrofit Information Tracking System) database


Due to the nature of the position, successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, including, but not limited to, the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance to secret level.
