 The Ontario Regional Sales Manager role will provide you the opportunity to gain HVAC solution experience in energy recovery, water/air source heat pumps, controls, as well as a variety of additional ventilation, heating and cooling/air-conditioning technologies.  You will receive a comprehensive period of product, process, and industry training prior to being engaged in solo outside sales calls.  Valuable HVAC industry experience will be gained by building relationships with consulting engineers and customers.  You will gain experience in pricing strategies, future market development, and product innovation.

• $55,000/yr + (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and inside sales process (prospect, proposal, submittal, order management etc.)
• Capable of meeting  with customers to understand their goals and needs, discuss current and future projects, and advise and educate them on equipment available from our company
• Comfortable facilitating training between our company, Reps, and customers
• A Professional persona and confident getting CA specified with consulting engineers.
• Periodically take the sales trailer through the Ontario region for sales training
• Willing to travel and work independently of the factory and administration to support the assigned region:  Ontario

Experience Required

• 2 years experience in technical sales or experience in electrical, refrigeration, air flow properties or any HVAC equipment will be considered
• CAD experience would be a definite asset
• Controls experience a plus

Education Required

• University degree or College diploma in an engineering field

A successful Ontario Sales Agent will be able to inspire, lead, and effectively communicate with associates, Reps, engineers, and customers.  This group of people will feel “serviced” by our company.  An individual who is well organized and has a clear direction will be successful in this position
