Customer service positions specifically as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative and Management positions to be filled for upcoming summer season! 

Students wanted!
Full time availability.

Must:
Enjoy interacting with clients in both a telephone and face to face interaction. 
Work in a team and Individually
Telephone mannerism
Write and speak English fluently 



Position Summary;
•Deal with union members specifically on their privatized benefits
•Answer questions and concerns of pre existing clients
• communicate with employees
• work on additional administrative duties that vary from day to day

 
Duties;
1) Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.

2) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

3) Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as refunding money, and adjusting bills/account information.

4) Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

5) Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

6) Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation, answer questions on concerns.
 

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education (business / marketing is preferred) or equivalent experience.

• No Formal Education required for we provide FULL TRAINING

• Mastery in all aspects of developing and maintaining customer raport, sales growth, including ability to work independantly and in a team.


Wage: 
$500-$2,000 weekly pay + bonus + Full Benefits by Global Benefits

We work strictly with Union Contracted Companies across Ontario (Niche market). They have been in business for over 75 years in North American and 25 years in Ontario. 

Therefor we DO NOT partake in any cold calls or door-to-door prospecting. We receive a set client list through Union Contracted companies in Ontario. 

What we are currently being faced with such a rapid growth in the company over the past couple months, that the executive team has decided to expand their offices in London, Windsor, Kitchener, Sarnia, Woodstock, Brantford and the Tri-Cities Area, with positions and work available in each city. We understand that is a great problem to have but they need to bring on more partners onto their team to help our operation in this expansion!

* Please note Interviews will be conducted at our head office located in London, On. Full training is provided so past experience is not necessary however is greatly appreciated.
