Branch Assistant

You will provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service at the circulation desk as well as provide programs and basic reference service.

This LCEA-CNFIU Local 3020 position is located at the Petrolia Library, Box 70, 4200 Petrolia Line, Petrolia, ON NON 1RO.

You have a secondary school diploma and strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills. A commitment to customer service and knowledge of books and literature are essential. Experience in a public Library and working with children are assets. Hours of work are (Wednesday 9:30-5:30, and Friday from 12:00-8:00, three Saturdays in four from 9:00-1:00 and three Sundays in four from 11:00-4:00)
