Teppen Corporation is looking to fill a permanent, full time CMM Programmer position ISO 17025 accredited laboratory team. The position will be working out of our Strathroy office and will earn a wage between $22 - 25/hr. to start. This position requires an experienced programmer with PC-DMIS experience.

CMM Programmer

The CMM Programmer will perform dimensional inspections on first article, receiving, in process, and final process parts. The candidate will be using a Gantry style CMM and will be running all programing in PCDMIS.All inspections will be performed in accordance with customer supplied drawings and procedures. Reporting and maintenance of records will be done using Datapage software. Activities are detail oriented. Employee may be required to work overtime. Need someone that is detail oriented, self reliant, problem solver and is an efficient time manager.

Other Essential Functions: 

• Develop CMM Programs for new product
• Modify existing programs due to design change, tolerance change or other sources of change
• Operate the CMM to perform inspections using existing programs
• Review and approve inspection/test data
• Able to read and interpret product drawings and procedures
• Interface with customer Quailty and Production personnel
• Maintain a schedule of inspections to ensure conitnued compliance

Non-Specific Duties 

• Maintenance of inspection records in accordance with company procedures
• Generate and assist in the corrective/preventive action process
• Understand and support the Quality Management System
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
