MAINTENANCE LEADER
The Maintenance Leader contributes to the implementation of system standards to maintain and develop facilities and grounds to a level that ensures a safe and quality environment for students, staff and the community and complies with all government regulations to protect against injury, facility damage and school day losses. The Maintenance Leader also provides direct supervision and support to assigned facility services (maintenance) staff. The successful candidate will be involved with the maintenance and renovations of all facilities within the Thames Valley District School Board. Responsibilities include planning and administering the assigned Zone budgets and providing direction, specifications, requests for quotations and inspections for a variety of skilled disciplines.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Completion of two years post-secondary education in a business and/or maintenance related field or equivalent or a skilled trades qualification plus one year of further post-secondary education in a business and/or maintenance related field. Five years or more of related work experience.
SALARY RANGE: $67,909 - $89,807
