Requirements:
- Perform incoming inspection and testing of parts ranging from electronics, wire and harness, crimping, metal and painting according to company specification and industrial standards.
- Raise
- Liaise with suppliers regarding the disposition of non-conforming material and participate in MRB (material review board)
- Development of Work Instruction on incoming products as needed
- Perform customer PSI (Product Source Inspection) as need arises
- Use verifier to test electronic parts for conformance
- Follow sampling plans according to industrial standards
Qualifications:
- College certificate in electronics or/and experience in electronic assembly.
- Knowledge/understanding of industrial workmanship standards.
- Quality Assurance accreditation.
- Work experience
Requirements:
- Understanding of basic electronics.
- Able to read blue prints
- Understand sampling plans and tables
- Operate Verification tester
- Experience in wire crimp and solder inspection according to industrial standards
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Interpersonal skills and Team player
