Autotube is a well established and successful tier 1 automotive supplier to many of the large Auto manufacturers in North America, locally owned with facilities in Watford and Strathroy.  We have an opening for a Plant Manager for our Watford Plant  (job is vacant due to a retirement).

Job Specifics
 

• Overall responsibility and accountability for over 60 operators and 4 salaried staff
• Overall responsibility for Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Materials/Scheduling
• Key member of the senior management team
• Ensure non value added activity is reduced in all manufacturing processes by using lean / kaizan tools and techniques
• Responsible for plant production goals and targets
• Schedule and conduct both plant wide and team meetings regularly to achieve desired results
• Coaching teams for improved performance 
• Coordinating/Leading the launch of new products
• Scheduling and Planning  production
• Organizing and delegating effectively
• Developing our staffs skills and abilities
