Our recruitment partners search and place professionals and executives across a broad spectrum of industries and in a variety of roles including Accounting/Finance, Not for Profit, IT and Human Resources.
Position Overview:
A Recruitment Partner will have entrepreneurial flair and the drive to succeed in our highly rewarding field. The ideal candidate will be familiar with recruiting either in an agency or corporate environment and will have experience with direct sourcing, networking, generating business leads and be familiar with all provincial/federal law pertaining to employment practices.
In this role, your time will be divided between identifying and sourcing candidates and developing and generating new clients and business. You will also be interviewing, coaching and guiding candidates throughout the interview process.

- Full cycle recruitment including creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks
- Identify sales opportunities for new clients through regular marketing and sales activities
- Develop relationships with professional organizations and networking groups to generate new business opportunities
- Provide quotes and contracts to potential clients, meet with potential clients to discuss services
- Recruit professional and executive level talent for a variety of positions and skill market strong candidates where applicable
- 3- 5 years working in a recruitment capacity in a corporate or recruitment firm environment
- Experience with full cycle recruitment- behaviour based interviewing skills is an asset
- Strong ability to source and generate new business
- High attention to detail and strong ability to multi task
- Excellent business acumen and professionalism
- Knowledge of local community, job market and candidate market
