We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide customer service support to StarTech.com resellers and end-users. Primarily, our Customer Service Representatives are assisting customers using a number of mediums such as phone, e-mail, and live-chat in order to;
· process orders
· promote products
· provide product and service information
· resolve product and service concerns
This position will appeal to someone with exceptional customer service skills along with a strong knowledge of technology. This position requires the following key traits and competencies;
· above average communication skills (both written and verbal)
· ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· attention to detail for accurate ordering processing and logging customer information in our CRM system
Qualifications for this position include post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. Preference will be given to qualified bilingual (French, English) candidates.
