The Operating Manager for Southwestern Ontario will be Responsible for:

Overall business operations management of corporate and franchise stores

communicating relationships with franchisees and suppliers

Supporting the supervisory team in charge of corporate and franchise location

review store reports and proved direction to staff to control costs and maintain sales goals

Must have:

Previous experience managing operations along with extensive experience working with franchisees.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Be a leader with the ability to motivate

Solid knowledge of finance and administration as it pertains to this role
