Job Description
As a team member of the Innovative and Collaborative Technology Services Department, the Information and Communication Technology Services Support Technician provides a variety of services, support and training to ensure that the technology needs of LDCSB staff and students are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three-year Computer Systems Technology Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification
- A+ and/or Network+ certification
- At least two years’ experience working in a role supporting information and communications technology and infrastructure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
- Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the position
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a cooperative team
- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license (Full “G” License)
