Background
Since 1982, Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) has helped lead youth in London and Middlesex County toward success. We believe that investing in youth and strong communities go hand in hand, and we know that many youth need guidance and support to reach their potential.Approximately 3,600 youth between the ages of 16-30 access the system of supports available at YOU each year. Whether they are in need of basic needs and housing, access to physical, mental or dental health care, or education and employment supports, our services are designed to help youth lead positive lives.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
YOU is seeking consultant services for the development a map for youth between the ages of 15 and 29 that outlines formal pathways for accessing services such as housing, mental health, addictions, education, victim services, Ontario Works, and other youth serving resources. The review will include the following elements:- Review services available to youth in London, Ontario and Middlesex County and identify gaps and strengths.
- Research existing barriers to accessing services through stakeholder and service provider interviews, facilitated feedback sessions with youth participants, and pathways for accessing services.
- Deliver service map to be printed and delivered to youth in London and Middlesex County.

- For each task in Section 3, please identify the expected hours and the billing rate for each activity. Please also identify the total overall project costs.
Section 5. References
- Please supply the names and contact information of three references for which you have worked on similar projects.
