Office Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Teppen Strathroy team. This position is for an immediate opening and we are looking to fill it as quickly as possible with the right candidate.

Hourly Rate: $14.00-15.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Greet incoming contractors and visitors and ensure Health and Safety compliance.
  • Routine filing and general upkeep of the office.
  • Assist key management with other duties and administrative assistance.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer skills which include the use of Microsoft office products.
  • Completion of High School 
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar or comparable position
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective problem solving skills and ability to work independently
