People Management Group Inc. provide Human Resources and Health and Safety Services, which includes recruitment by the hour.  Currently we are seeking an individual who has a passion for recruitment.  This position is a casual/part time position. 

The responsibilities will include handling the full cycle recruitment process from interacting with clients to obtain position requirements, creating and posting jobs, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, behavioral profiling and reference checking and job offer preparation.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for casual work, a daily challenge and wants to set their own hours.

Position Requirements:

·         Proven recruitment experience

·         Completion of Post secondary education an asset

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage recruitment project needs and your time.
