 The Client Services Manager – Nashville is responsible for working on site with these clients to help them resolve their business challenges and launch them to the next level of excellence. This person will gather intelligence, propose solutions, build requirements and effectively manage multiple technology projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, while exceeding client expectations.

Your portfolio includes:

 Solutions Design & Sales Support

• Interfacing with clients to understand their needs and design solutions
• Collaborating with the ASC Design and Delivery team to further evolve these solutions to ensure we are delivering best of breed
• support RFPs – input, writing etc; create SOWs
• help sales to or bring opportunities directly through the Intake process at ASC 
• once project is won, work with the internal SMEs   to further develop solutions based upon Autodata services/solutions
• review all deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
• ensure what was promised/designed is what is delivered
• understand all details of the signed client contract

Project Management Delivery

• Pro-actively managing all details of the project lifecycle
• Overseeing coordination of Quality Assurance efforts
• Applying our methodologies and enforcing project standards.

 Project Communications and Client Management

• Maintaining a clear and reasonable vision of 'next steps' and the 'big picture' during meetings, conversations or at any point when the parameters of a project change
• Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.

 You are…

• A seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of project management experience in an interactive (web) or application development environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where high client expectations exist.
• A university alumnus with 8 years experience working in the automotive industry
• A “driver” that manages multiple projects and has an engaging ability to connect with a diverse range of people with a broad range of outside interests
• Above the competition with your PMP designation, general understanding in the areas of application programming, web technologies, client/server architectures, database and system design.
