Industrial Millwright

Licensed journeyman posessing a valid Province of Ontario or Interprovinicial Industrial Millwright Certificate of Qualifications (CofQ)
Grade 12 high school diploma (or equivalent) also required.

General mechanical maintenance duties to include: completion of work orders, preventative/predictive maintenance work, preparation of reports,  organization and prioritization of work, knowledge of energy management theories, etc.

Continuous improvement attitude, computerized preventive maintenance systems knowledge and a solid understanding of building automation systems are definite requirements as are the ability to work as part of a team and promote safe working practices. Total Productive Maintenance experience and theory also a definite asset.

Minimum of 4 years of hands on maintenance related work experience, involving continuous flow operations, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and knowledge of building systems (chillers, refrigeration, air compressors, plumbing, electrical). Electrical trouble shooting skill(s) gained in an automotive manufacturing environment is also a definite asset.

Shift work is required.
