As a key player in the role of Commercial Advice Manager, you will directly manage Commercial & Agricultural Account Managers and ensure a team approach to sales and member service that make Mainstreet the business lender of choice. You will act as a subject matter expert in Commercial and Agricultural Lending for the Credit Union. You will also convert potential sales opportunities while continuing to focus on achievement of sales objectives resulting in increased market share and profitability.
