Your duties will include:
As a Front Counter Advisor, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
• Greeting every client that enters our facility
• Consulting and explaining the best solutions to properly repair our client’s vehicle in terms they will understand
• Providing proper service quotes
• Clean and maintain presentation of shop internally and externally
• Answering telephones in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the client
• Staying up to date on product changes and new products brought into the store
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management
What does it take to get to work here?
• Have some’ experience working as an Independent Automotive Service Advisor or automotive understanding
• Provide excellent client service in a professional manner
• Holds a valid driver’s license
• Has mechanical knowledge
• Is able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
• Has experience providing excellent client service in a professional manner
• Ability to work safely with minimal supervision
• Is comfortable working with computers
