Job Descriptions 

Platform Implementation Engineer 

As a vital member of our project implementation teams, you will: 

• Support the planning and execution of project implementation activities. 

• Assist with transitions from Operations to Service, facilitating QA processes and providing technical support. 

• Manage customer communications for user acceptance, outage notifications, and change control procedures focusing on collaboration and problem-solving. 

• Contribute to system analysis for performance tuning and best practice design solutions. 

• Engage in cross-functional teamwork to oversee priority investment projects. 

• Collaborate on software improvements to meet customer business needs. 

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) 

Your role will focus on contributing to our infrastructure’s reliability and performance through: 

• Assisting in the development of scalable infrastructure solutions. 

• Applying DevOps and SRE principles to improve the software development lifecycle. 

• Automating routine tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability. 

• Supporting the monitoring of system performance and participating in resolving issues. 

• Contributing to post-incident analysis and prevention strategies. 

• Sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. 

Qualifications 

Common to both roles: 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting system changes and configurations. 

• Proficiency in Linux, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, etc.), and automation tools. 

Specific to SRE: 

• Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and programming/scripting (Python, Bash). 

• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix) and a commitment to system reliability.
