Bring your communication skills to PRA Group Canada as a Digital Operations Specialist!
 

What you will do:

Reporting to an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound email communications with customers from our email channels and website.  Your primary responsibilities are to authenticate customers, negotiate repayment solutions with customers, and resolve customer questions.   

Here’s what a typical day would look like:
  • Manage inbound and outbound email communications on behalf of the operations teams
  • Authenticate customers
  • Respond to and document all email communications in compliance with established policies
  • Effectively managing the System of Record
The Digital Operations Specialist can leverage their ability to be successful by participating in training sessions, team meetings and coaching sessions as provided by PRA. 

What you will bring:

The Digital Operations Specialist must have excellent written communication and customer service skills and must be able to manage all communications with a high degree of professionalism.

Other qualifications include:
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Communications or similar field is preferred, or the equivalent amount of related experience 
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset
  • Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential
  • Computer literate: Strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Here’s what the schedule looks like:

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, business hours.

Technical requirements for Working from Home:

This position is Work from Home. Technical requirements for Work from Home are hardwired internet with a minimum download speed of 25 mbps and a minimum upload speed of 5 mbps.
