Position Summary In your role as a Summer Educator with London Bridge, you will be part of a team of highly skilled and passionate Educators providing care and education for children. This valuable role supports permanent educators to take a break and focus on their personal well-being and provides you with an opportunity to put into practice what you are learning in school. Throughout the summer, you will support the needs of the centre, children and families. This will look different in different centres and requires you to be flexible and adaptive as it may require you to be in multiple classrooms during your time. To support you in your growth journey you will be assigned a mentor to assist you who can support you as you gain knowledge and practical practice. You will also be able to participate in professional learning at the centre and organizationally to develop an understanding of our culture and pedagogical practices. You will have opportunities to help plan and implement emergent curriculum, and facilitate learning experiences for children.
