Position: Seasonal Camping Branch Administrator
Location: In person, Hybrid or Remote Work available - YMCA Camping Branch, 660 Oakdale Avenue, Sarnia, ON
Start Date: Contract position for Summer 2024
Salary: $17.00/ hour

In this role, you will:
• Work with an experienced and professional camp team supporting two overnight locations in National Parks
• Support our Overnight camp team with parent inquires, camp registrations, and session changes
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals contacting the Camping Branch
• Communicate by phone, email and in person with community members, parents and other staff
• Manage requests for financial assistance through YMCA Strong Kids and third-party providers
• Assist in maintaining accurate tracking and record keeping

Qualifications & Experience:
• This is a position under Canada Summer Jobs. Applicants must be between the ages 15-30
• Must be able to work in high-volume environment, well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Must be highly professional with the ability to maintain a positive attitude where conflicting time demands are present
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must provide a current criminal record check as per the Association’s policy
• A dedication to demonstrate the YMCA core values
