Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing piping isometric drawings.
- Reviewing piping specifications / standards/supports etc.
- Assess potential volume and handling factors in order to make pricing recommendations.
- Calculate and discuss quotations with senior management.
- Develop order and delivery schedules.
- Communicate client requirements clearly with the Schedule.
- Place orders and coordinate them with the customers required productions schedules.
- Develop and maintain a partnership relationship with both the corporate decision makers as well as the key site personnel.
- Effectively handle complaints and coordinate service requirements with the Service department in a timely manner.
- Maintain all files in an organized fashion. Keep Master quotes work with updated pricing when required.
- Performing basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.
- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am – 4pm

- Recent graduate with degree in engineering preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Writer.
- Ability to read and understand piping isometric drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
