In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Spinrite is seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to join their growing team and business, with flexibility to work remotely or at the Listowel, ON or Toronto, ON facility in Canada, or Charlotte, NC facility in the US.

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Enterprise Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing, leading, and managing Spinrite’s enterprise systems, including acting as IT SME for our ERP system’s. This position will follow the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) approach to IT to analyze, design, implement, and maintain/control of all enterprise systems. The Enterprise Systems Manager will:

• Become the internal IT BI Champion and be responsible for information/data architecture and design, data modelling and governance, and master data management.
• Become the internal IT owner of workflow architecture and design.
• Become a project management leader on the team.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity strategy/planning,.
• Support the development of capital and operational budget planning for enterprise systems.

To qualify for this integral position with Spinrite, you will possess a University Degree or College Diploma in a related field or have equivalent work experience. A Project Management Certification (PMP or Scrum Master) will be a definite asset. A minimum of 5 to 10 years work experience will be required, preferably within an ERP environment. As a proven leader along with your highly organized, analytical, problem-solving skills, you will use your strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems, Cloud Applications, POS Retail Systems, Project Management Solutions, and EDI Solutions & Standards to plan, lead, and execute initiatives in collaboration with your team. Bilingualism (English/Spanish) will be considered an asset. An ability and willingness to travel to other sites within Canada and the US will also be required.
