Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure equipment implementation is compliant with all safety legislation and established industrial stds.
- Establish/maintain Preventive Maintenance policies, procedures & schedule and record tracking system
- Create any reports / manuals required and lead in training / development of associates
- Project management for all maintenance / equipment enhancement and new processes implementation
- Analyze daily & monthly maintenance data in order to improve upon processes, maintenance and production systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 + years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experienced in setting up / development of Proactive maintenance program
- Competent in managing through an automatedmaintenance management system
