Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain master schedule including information from project managers, engineers, subcontractors, owners, and others.
- Maintain and update department open issues.
- Develop and maintain a partnership relationship with both the corporate decision makers as well as the key site personnel.
- Work with project management to set goals, objectives, and success factors and analyze project status.
- Produce a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports in support of our project planning and control initiatives.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
- Maintain all files in an organized fashion. Keep Master quotes work with updated pricing when required.
- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am – 4pm

- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 essential.
- Minimum of 1 year of related project scheduling experience.
- Working knowledge of process & utilities plant engineering activities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Writer.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Ability to read and understand piping isometric drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
